Tuck Business School Summary
With just 281 students enrolled in the graduating class of 2016, Tuck Business School is one of the smaller of the high-ranking MBA programs.
The school’s philosophy is all about making the right choices with the right team, and the small class size reflects that belief.
Tuck does not offer PhD or part-time MBA options, preferring to focus exclusively on their full-time MBA program. The residential program is designed to build connections among all MBA students.
Team projects are a feature of many of the most important courses and projects at Tuck. The collaborative nature of the work ensures that classes at Tuck are filled with lively debate and conversation.

Curriculum Overview
Tuck Business School’s first-year core curriculum has been carefully designed to push students out of their comfort zone, establish a comprehensive foundation of management and decision-making skills, and encourage collaboration.
The Global Insight portion of the curriculum, requiring all students to complete at least one course in a country that’s new to them, gives students a broader global perspective to work from.
The school’s unique Research-to-Practice seminars give second-year students an opportunity to investigate current research topics being conducted by the faculty.
Through close evaluation of data and rigorous debate, students learn to make better decisions and tackle emerging challenges. Previous seminars have included “Deconstructing Apple”, “Strategy in Innovation Ecosystems”, and “Corporate Takeovers”.
Important Dates & Application Deadlines
Tuck considers applicants in three rounds, in addition to the Early Action process. Applications for Early Action are due in early October, with three subsequent rounds in November, January, and April.
International students are encouraged to apply early in the process in order to complete all visa requirements, as well as remediation if necessary.
However, Early Action decisions are binding and can incur a higher deposit fee, so students should always consider their circumstances carefully when deciding when to submit your application.

Tuition Cost
For the 2015-2016 academic year, the tuition cost for Tuck business school is $64,200, with an additional $4,665 program fee. Additional expenses, including books, supplies, room and board, and additional expenses can add up to $28,560 per year.

By three months post-graduation, 98% of Tuck School of Business students seeking employment had received a job offer (99% of those graduates with a permanent work authorization, 97% of graduates without a permanent work authorization).
The mean salary received by graduates was $117,860, with a mean signing bonus of $28,712 and many graduates receiving other guaranteed compensation as well.
