 – Stanford Executive Program, a six-week residential program for executives at the senior level with a general management curriculum. Students who complete the program are considered Stanford GSB almuni.

 – Stanford Ignite, a nine-week program for students who are currently pursuing a non-business Master’s, PhD, MD, or post-doctorate program. This is a part-time course and graduates will receive a certificate of completion.

In addition, Stanford GSB also offers a number of shorter one- to three-week programs covering topics like marketing, negotiation, financial management, organizational leadership, and more.

Curriculum Overview

Courses within Stanford’s Executive Education department are taught exclusively by senior faculty from the Graduate School of Business.

In addition to their teaching duties, many Stanford GSB faculty members are renowned researchers and involved in the “management and mentorship of some of the world’s leading companies”.

Executive Education courses are available in eleven different disciplines, including Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Marketing, Technology and Operations, Negotiation, and Organizational Leadership.

Stanford GSB also offers two online courses (Stanford LEAD Certificate: Corporate Innovation, and Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate).

The Stanford Executive Program is the school’s primary Executive Education offering, providing a rigorous curriculum to help participants “broaden [their] vision, navigate critical business challenges, and ignite change both personally and professionally”.
